Email is the preferred method of communication, although if you need help fast, you might want to use Jabber. It is a chat program (or rather a network) which is a bit like ICQ and MSN, but a lot better.
When communicating using email, I always use GnuPG to sign and/or encrypt the emails. If you want to verify my signatures and/or encrypt mails to me, get my sybren@stuvel.eu GPG key.
